Loyola Academy has been working w/ NEWLOOK and the Freiburgers for over 10 years on multiple projects throughout the school. NEWLOOK has completed projects ranging from interior classroom and vestibule renovation and remodels, to new entrance / congregating plazas, to flatwork and structrural concrete repairs or new construction, extensive masonry restoration around building and all main campus Loyola Academy signage, statues, plaques, etc.

NEWLOOK was also the general contractor for our multiyear multiphase new sports complex including new state of the art synthetic sport field turf, “Mondotrack” and new tennis courts. Phase II included new sitework to accommodate a new traffic pattern for the school and the athletic complex. Phase III including (3) new buildings including a ticket / concession building, new 2 story press box, and a training facility as well as football plaza commons area, trellis and donor wall.

As a general contractor on the sports complex NEWLOOK was competitively priced, efficient, conscientious and accommodating throughout the construction process and although having to deal with record weather / rainfall and other misc. delays beyond their control NEWLOOK delivered the complex on schedule and within budget.

The Freiburgers are honest, fair people and can be trusted to do the right thing for your project no matter the size. I’ve recommended NEWLOOK to the Jesuit society of Chicago where they have successfully completed projects both large and small as well. I’ve also had them provide various services for my own house, family buildings etc. I would recommend NEWLOOK as a contractor to anyone and will continue to use them for all my general contractor, masonry and concrete projects.
